One UTC day, one mission
Each UTC calendar day is a separate mission. It begins at 00:00:00 UTC and ends at 23:59:59 UTC. The countdown uses server time and points to the next midnight UTC.
Current-mission verified visitors, Community Fuel, rank, and activity start again for the new mission. Product profiles, history, badges, archived results, winner records, and Orbit Pack status remain permanent.

Verified visitors move rockets
A verified visitor is a best-effort unique outbound referral from Outfast to a submitted product during the active mission. It counts only when Outfast performs the tracked outbound redirect. A campaign-page view by itself does not count, and Outfast does not claim to verify a complete destination-page load.
Products are ranked by these rules, in sequence:
- verified visitor count, highest first;
- the time the product first reached its current visitor total, earliest first; and
- a stable product ID as the deterministic final tie-breaker.
The same best-effort unique visitor can count once for each different product in a mission. Repeated visits to the same product still redirect but do not increase that product's mission total again.

First to 1,000 wins
The first eligible product to reach 1,000 verified visitors becomes the locked mission winner immediately. Later activity may update other totals, but it cannot replace that winner.
If nobody reaches 1,000 before the mission ends, the highest-ranked eligible product at midnight UTC wins. The ranking tie-breakers above decide an equal visitor total. An empty mission has no invented winner.
A product can be disqualified before or after reaching the target when its listing or traffic violates these Rules. Outfast may correct supported counting, attribution, or display errors while preserving an audit trail.

One free Community Fuel per browser
Each best-effort unique browser receives one free Community Fuel point per UTC mission. A visitor may deliberately give it to a chosen eligible rocket or ask the server to select an eligible rocket at random.
Community Fuel has no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed, and has no cash alternative. It can affect visual intensity, Today's Radar rotation, activity, and the separate Most Fueled board. It never changes verified visitor rank, progress to 1,000, or the mission winner.
Visitors move your rocket. Fuel makes it shine.

Launching is free
Participation is free and no purchase is required. A launch supplies a product URL, product or company name, one-line pitch, private contact email, and acceptance of these Rules. The contact email is not shown publicly.
You must be authorized to promote the product and use its name, pitch, URL, favicon, and related material. Information must be accurate enough not to mislead visitors. Do not impersonate a company, founder, or representative.
Equivalent URL variants are normalized into one permanent product record. An existing product can rejoin or be supported in later missions without creating a duplicate. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, partnership, or proof that Outfast or TrendsFast approves the product.

Uniqueness is best effort
Outfast uses a random first-party browser identifier, keyed hashes, mission-scoped uniqueness, coarse hashed-network rate limits, and bot filtering. The application does not store the raw browser identifier or raw IP address in its database and does not use invasive fingerprinting.
Browser identity is not perfect person-level identity. Shared devices, cleared cookies, privacy tools, and shared networks can affect counting. Outfast may remove or ignore duplicate traffic, bots, preview crawlers, automated requests, click farms, cookie-reset abuse, or other suspicious activity.
Do not manipulate verified visitors, Community Fuel, presence, impressions, clicks, ranking, or activity. Suspicious products or traffic may be held, corrected, removed, or disqualified.

Prohibited content and destinations
You may not launch or link to:
- malware, phishing, harmful downloads, credential theft, or unauthorized access;
- illegal products, services, conduct, or content;
- adult sexual content or services;
- gambling, wagering, or unlawful prize schemes;
- deceptive financial schemes, token scams, fraudulent fundraising, or misleading investment claims;
- impersonation, forged affiliation, hate, extremist, terrorist, or targeted violent content;
- copyright or trademark abuse, counterfeit goods, piracy, or material you lack permission to use; or
- redirects, cloaking, or later destination changes intended to evade review.
Localhost, private or link-local networks, cloud metadata addresses, unsafe schemes, dangerous ports, and redirect targets that fail the same safety checks are blocked.

Listings and traffic can be reviewed
Outfast may review, hide, remove, restore, or block a listing or domain; exclude traffic; lock a suspicious workflow; and preserve records reasonably needed for security, integrity, rights, or legal compliance.
Moderation can change a live board or winner eligibility. Where appropriate, an authorized operator can request review at hello@outfast.lol with the product, mission date, and evidence of authorization. Do not send private tokens.

Exposure is measured, not promised
Eligible products can receive a rocket, permanent campaign page, tracked outbound link, share tools, historical performance, and fair discovery in Today's Radar. User-submitted destinations are third-party sites, not Outfast content or endorsements.
Verified visitor, impression, click, presence, rank, and activity figures are best-effort operational measurements. They may be delayed, deduplicated, filtered, or corrected. Outfast does not guarantee traffic, conversions, sales, search value, uptime, a rank, or a mission win.

The free TrendsFast Orbit Pack
Each eligible mission winner receives the free TrendsFast Orbit Pack and a permanent Mission Winner badge. The pack can include AEO, SEO, GEO and AI-discoverability support, a prioritized growth roadmap, and TrendsFast-powered marketing recommendations.
The pack is fulfilled manually unless a real verified integration is stated. It is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may require timely response to a private claim notice. The winner is responsible for any tax or reporting obligation that law places on them.
Production uses real products, referrals, Community Fuel, activity, and winner records only. Missing values stay zero or unavailable; Outfast never invents companies, visitors, activity, or prizes.
